Wednesday Word: Do you engage in confabulation?

We are all known to confabulate now and then, sometimes we done even realise we are engaging in confabulation.

Confabulate means to simply converse informally. To chat BUT in psychology confabulation is a disturbance of memory, defined as the production of fabricated, distorted, or misinterpreted memories about oneself or the world, without the conscious intention to deceive.
