Waste pickers disregard lockdown rules in Yellowwood Park

The waste pickers who are not wearing face masks and have no gloves on are touching households refuse bags in Yellowwood Park and hiding them from refuse collection on Wednesdays.

EDITOR – Waste pickers have continued to work during the lockdown and level four on Yellowwood Park’s household refuse bags Wednesday collection schedule.
During lockdown waste pickers have been seen taking the household refuse bags from outside houses in Yellowwood Park and move them to behind trees on verges so they can go through the refuse bags and then leave them there.
Refuse bags have been found hidden behind trees on verges that have been opened by waste pickers, rubbish has been found scattered down the road due to the bags being left not tied and DSW did not take the refuse bags because the waste pickers moved the refuse bags from outside houses, hid them and left them behind trees.
It has also been found that nothing has been taken from the refuse bags, just the inconvenience of the refuse bags being moved, opened and left behind trees so that cleansing and solid waste does not pick the refuse bags up. The waste pickers who are not wearing face masks and have no gloves on are touching households refuse bags in Yellowwood Park and hiding them from refuse collection on Wednesdays.
Does the President of South Africa, KZN premier, eThekwini mayor, KwaZulu-Natal health minister, head of cleansing and solid waste at eThekwini municipality and the eThekwini municipal manager know that waste pickers have continued to work during the lockdown and level four in the eThekwini municipality district?
Do they know that the waste pickers are not wearing face masks and no gloves and are touching households refuse bags in Yellowwood Park and hiding them from refuse collection on Wednesdays?
