NO arrests have been made to date since the launch of the investigation following the brutal death of a crowned eagle. The eagle’s death led the greater public to raise funds to find and charge the perpetrator.
The bird was rescued in Malvern on Sunday, 26 July after sustaining three pellet gunshot wounds, one of which, went through the spine leaving it paralysed. The bird had to be humanely euthanised at the Centre for the Rehabilitation of Wildlife (Crow) due to her paralysis.
