Montclair vet honoured
Montclair Animal Hospital ran a sterilisation clinic in honour of well-known vet, Dr Omashini Govender.
THE Montclair Animal Hospital ran a sterilisation clinic generously sponsored by Compass Medical Waste in honour of well-known vet Dr Omashini Govender, who died on Monday, August 16.
A total of sterilised 23 feral cats in under four hours.
“Animal welfare was Omashini’s passion and this was a perfect way to honour her,” said her husband, Yesh who was assisted by their daughter Yari who hopes to follow in her mother’s footsteps.
