TWO suspects linked to an armed robbery which occurred in Chatsworth early this week, were arrested on The Bluff on December 10.
According to a statement from Blue Security, the technical response officers were following up on critical leads indicating that the suspects’ vehicle had been sighted on The Bluff.

“Over the following days, officers worked tirelessly alongside the police, detectives from Chatsworth and YT Security. The joint teams conducted extensive follow-ups, information gathering, and prolonged observation operations to track the movements of the suspects,” said Blue Security in a statement.
The suspects’ vehicle was found fitted with false number plates in an attempt to conceal its identity.
“The suspects were apprehended, detained, and the vehicle used in the commission of the crime was seized for further investigation,” said Blue Security.
The suspects are expected to appear in the Durban Magistrate’s Court soon.
