NOTICE OF APPLICATIONS FOR THE AMENDMENT OF THE MOGALAKWENA LAND USE SCHEME, 2008 IN TERMS OF SECTION 16 (1) OF THE MOGALAKWENA LAND USE MANAGEMENT BY-LAW 2016 New Beginnings Investments Pty Ltd Represented by Mohamed Ismail, being the authorised agent of the owner of the Erf mentioned below, hereby give notice in terms of Section 16 (1) of the Mogalakwena Land Use Management By-law 2016 read together with the provision of Spatial Planning and Land Use Management Act 2013 ( Act 16 of 2013) that we have applied to the Mogalakwena Municipality for the amendment of the Land Use Scheme known as the Mogalakwena Land Use Scheme, 2008 that we have applied to the Mogalakwena Municipality for the rezoning of the Portion 2 of Erf 529 Piet Potgietersrust Township from Residential 1 to Residential 4 for the purpose of the dwelling units.
Particulars of the applications will lie for inspection during normal office hours at the Office of the Divisional Head: Town Planning, Mogalakwena Local Municipality Offices No 54 Retief Street, Mokopane for a period of 30 days from 23 October 2026.
