NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A SIMULTANEOUS APPLICATION FOR REZONING, BUILDING LINE RELAXATION AND NOTARIAL REGISTRATION IN ORDER TO REGULARISE A DRIVE-THRU RESTAURANT AND ADDITIONAL SHOPS ON PORTION 2 OF THE FARM KLIPFONTEIN 3 I.S.
Notice is hereby given, for general information In Terms of Section 98 (2) of the Emalahleni Municipal By-Law on Spatial Planning and Land Use Management 2016, that an application has been submitted as per subject.
The application, together with all relevant plans, supporting documents, and information relating thereto, will be available for public inspection during office hours weekdays at Development Planning, 3rd floor, Civic Centre, Mandela Avenue, Emalahleni, 1035. for a period of thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice, being 26 June 2026.
Any person having an interest in the matter and wishing to submit comments, objections, or representations regarding the application, or who wishes to be heard in relation to the application, must submit such representations in writing to the Town and Regional Planning Sub- Directorate at the above-mentioned address, hand delivered to Annamarie Janse Van Rensburg, 013 690 6354/ 6480/6220, or by email to s102370@emalahleni.gov.za/and nathi@urban- house.co.za, or by post to P.O. Box 3, eMalahleni, 1035, within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice, being from 26 June 2026 to
25 July 2026.

Submissions must clearly indicate the name, physical address, contact details, interest in the application, and the grounds for the comments or objections raised. The Municipality reserves the right not to consider submissions received after the closing date.
Any person who cannot write may during office hours visit the municipality at the above stated address and a member of the Town planning department, in this case, Annamarie Janse v Rensburg will assist with transcribing the objection/comments or representation.

Any Objection/s not fully motivated as required in terms of Section 67 of Emalahleni Municipal By-Law on Spatial Planning nd Land Use Management 2016, (Validity of Objections) may be deemed invalid and may be disregarded during the assessment of the application
