Legal Notice for an environmental authorisation application for Dimension Stone, Granite Prospecting Right by Sebospan (Pty) Ltd in terms of Section 16 of the MPRDA as amended in respect of the farm Boschspoort 388 JS and RE of Farm Spitskop 383 JS in the Magisterial District of Nkangala, Mpumalanga Province, South Africa.
Notice is given in terms of the Mineral and Petroleum Resources Development Act
•(Act 28 0f 2002) and in terms of the National Environmental Management Act (NEMA as Amended) (Act 107 of 1997).
Application triggers the following listed activities of the NEMA Environmental Impact Assessment Regulations of 2017 (amended):
Activity 12 of Listing Notice 324;
Activity 20 of Listing Notice 327; and
Activity 27 of Listing Notice 327:
A Basic Assessment Report and Environmental Management Programme Report is required to be undertaken for the application.
