Notice is given in terms of Section 98 – 100 of the Emalahleni Spatial planning and Land Use Management By-law, 2016 read with the provisions of the Emalahleni Land Use Management Scheme, 2020 for an application for rezoning from “Residential 1” to “Residential 4” and Removal of Restrictive Conditions on Erf 883 eMalahleni Extension 5. I, Shadrack Zulu of the consultancy Insika Yezwe Town Planners (Pty) Ltd have submitted the above-mentioned application at the Emalahleni Municipal offices which is available for inspection at the following person and address: Ms. D Mkhabela (013 690 5354) Directorate Development Planning, 3rd Floor, Civic Centre, Mandela Avenue, Emalahleni 1035.
