POLOKWANE LOCAL MUNICIPALITY NOTICE OF A REZONING APPLICATION IN TERMS OF SECTION 61 OF THE POLOKWANE MUNICPAL PLANNING BY-LAW, 2017 (AS AMENDED 2025)
•AMENDMENT SCHEME 361 WITH ANNEXURE 144 I, Marco Nolte of Natura Professional Planners (Pty) Ltd, being the applicant and authorised agent of the owner of the property, Remaining Extent of Portion 1 of Erf 686 Pietersburg, hereby give notice in terms of Section 95(1) (a) of the Polokwane Municipal Planning By-law, 2017(as Amended 2025), that I/we have applied to Polokwane Municipality for the amendment of the Polokwane Integrated Land Use Scheme, 2022 by the rezoning in terms of Section 61 of the Polokwane Municipal Planning By-Law, 2017 (as Amended 2025), of the property as described above. The rezoning is from *`Residential 3` to `Special` for Medical Consulting Rooms, Beauty Salon, Offices and a Coffee Shop subject to conditions in Annexure 144. The owner intends to develop a new modern development on the property.
