The Notice of Sale may be inspected at the Sheriff`s Office, 37 Union street, Empangeni, 24 hours prior to the auction.
Take further notice that:
1.This sale in execution is conducted in accordance to the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 as amended, in pursuant of an order granted against the Defendant for money owing to the Plaintiff.
2.The Rules of this auction is available 24 hours prior to the auction at the Sheriff`s Office, 37 Union street, Empangeni, 3880, KwaZulu-Natal.
3.Registration as a buyer is pre- requisite subject to specific conditions, inter alia:
a)Directive of the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 (URL httq://www.info.gov.za/view/DownloadFileAction? id=99961);
b)FICA
•proof of identity and proof of residence particulars;
c)Payment of Registration fee of R1,000.00 in cash;
d)Registration conditions.
All bidders are required to present their identity document together with their proof of residence for FICA compliance.
Prospective buyers can register at the Sheriff`s office storeroom, UNIT 99 ALUMINA STORAGE, 133 ALUMINA ALLEE, ALTON, RICHARDS BAY from 8am the morning. No unregistered buyers will be allowed to participate in the sale of execution.
The sale will be strictly for cash or bank guarantee cheque.
The office of the Sheriff for lower Umfolozi will conduct the sale with auctioneer NP Mkhize and / or his Deputy.
