PUBLIC NOTICE Notice is hereby given that a combined application has been made to the Big 5 Hlabisa Municipality for rezoning and consolidation in terms of Chapter 4 of the Big 5 Hlabisa Spatial Planning and Land Use Management By- law (2017), and Spatial Planning and Land use Management act (SPLUMA) 2013 (Act 16 of 2013)
