CITY OF UMHLATHUZE NOTICE – MN/41/2026 NOTICE IN TERMS OF SECTION 116(3) OF THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT: MUNICIPAL FINANCE MANAGEMENT ACT 56 OF 2003 City of uMhlathuze hereby give notice as required by Section 116(3) of the MFMA to the public regarding the amendments of contract no. 8/2/1/ UMH976-21/22 – Rendering Cleaning Services Supply, Installation and Servicing of Hygiene Equipment and all consumables at the Richards Bay Civic Centre and various Municipal Buildings be extended for a month to month for a period not exceeding six (6) months-The Bid Adjudication Minutes, Item 4579 – RPT 183384 refers to resolution taken at Bid Adjudication meeting held 16th of October 2026 resolved to extension of services of XOLIM PROJECTS PTY LTD.
