TOWN PLANNING NOTICE The uMfolozi Municipality has received an application in terms of the Spatial Planning and Land Use Management Act, 2013 (Act No. 16 of 2013) as read with the uMfolozi Municipality Spatial Planning and Land Use Management by-laws. The application purpose is To: Consolidate Portions 5 & 6 of Erf 57 KwaMbonambi to create Portion 7 of Erf 57 KwaMbonambi which is located at KwaMbonambi Town (Lat: 2836`8,91“ South Long: 325 *`19.73“East). A copy of the application and accompanying documentation is located for inspection by interested group members of the public at uMfolozi Local Municipality, 25 Bredelia Street, Kwa-Mbonambi, 3915 during normal office hours (07H30-16H15 between Monday and Thursday); and (07H30-15H00 on Fridays). Members of the public are invited to lodge written representations or objections by hand to uMfolozi Local Municipality, 25 Bredelia Street, Kwa-Mbonambi, 3915 by email to cezag@umfolozi.org.za; fax on 035-580 1141; or by registered mail to uMfolozi Local Municipality, P.O Box 96, Kwa-Mbonambi, 3915 by no later than the close of business on 04 December 2026.
