Gold and iron ore NOTICE AND PROPOSED ACTIVITY Notice is given of the public participation process under the National Environmental Management Act, 1998 and the Environmental Impact Assessment Regulations, 2014, as amended, for a prospecting right and associated environmental authorisation. A Basic Assessment is being undertaken. The application includes Listing Notice 1 (GN R.517), Activities 20 and 27. The proposed work is prospecting, including invasive drilling. INVITATION TO PARTICIPATE Interested and affected parties are invited to register with the Environmental Assessment Practitioner (EAP) by 5 November 2026. Written comments on the Draft BAR and EMPr may be submitted to the EAP during the review period ending 6 November 2026. Please include your name, contact details and interest in the project.
