Notice is hereby given in terms of regulation 41 of the Environmental Impact Assessment Regulations, Government Notice 327, 2017 published in terms of the National Environmental Management Act (Act 108 of 1998)
Nature of the project: The development of New Cemeteries for various sites in the Nkomazi Local Municipality (Jeppes Reef, Block C and Hectorspruit approximately
5HA each).
Applicable Regulation: Government Notice R327,2017 Activity 23: The development of cemeteries of 2500 square metres or more in size.
Project Location: Jeppes Reef, KaMaqhekeza and Hectorspruit.
