9 October 2026. DRAFT ORDER (RULE NISI) Having heard Counsel and having read the papers, the following order is hereby made: IT IS ORDERED THAT: 1. The estate of DR BONGUMUSA JERRY ZITHA (identity number:
870315 5591 085) is hereby placed under provisional sequestration.
2. A Rule Nisi is hereby issued, calling on any interested parties to show cause, if any, on
11 December 2026 at 10h00, or so soon thereafter as this matter may be heard, why a final sequestration order should not be granted.
3. A copy of this order shall be forthwith served on the Respondent at his residential address and be published in the Government Gazette and in a local newspaper circulating the area of jurisdiction of Nkomazi, including the Lowvelder.
4. A copy of this order shall be served on the Master of the High Court, Mbombela.
5. A copy of this order shall be served on the South African Revenue Services.
6. The costs of the application are costs in the administration of the insolvent estate on an attorney and client scale. BY ORDER
