[LETTER] Customer humiliated at local Post Office

Rossburgh Post Office lacks customer service and the issue needs to be addressed.

EDITOR – Despite two emails from Post Office head office assuring me that Rossburgh staff would be looked into, I have received no further feedback, even after calmly, briefly requesting some about two weeks ago. If the young rude twit (to put it mildly) had been suspended and had a hearing, they’d have surely contacted me to appear as the chief eyewitness or at least to write a signed statement. ALSO READ: Travel restrictions delay Christmas mail But my last email to them requesting feedback is no doubt being conveniently ignored or simply deleted.

I haven’t been to Southway Mall in about five weeks, but I guarantee you that when I do go back one day, I’ll see that same mad racist fool behind the counter with her lazy workmates.

If the roles were reversed, I’d have been fired in no time at all, front page of the Daily News, and Hollywood would have made a movie about it. Anyhow, with the Christmas season starting very soon, I have other things to think about before the year ends, so just let this matter go.
