Although no-one was injured, one of the trees in a yard was uprooted and damaged the property.
These houses are one of the first houses build in 1965.
The Department of Housing will help rebuild the property and City Parks has already come and cut down the tree,” said DA ward councillor Lynette Pretorius.
“The very same day housing department and City Parks has come out and helped,” said Pretorius.
“The Department of Housing will be restoring the home,” said Pretorius.
