Madibuseng to be laid to rest

Community shows love to Charlotte Madibuseng's family.

On Sunday April 26, Charlotte Madibuseng will be laid to rest at the Slovoville Cemetery.

Madibuseng, a 33-year-old mother of two, was gunned down in an attempted hijacking in Bramfischer on Tuesday.

She was a ward secretary for Life Health Care in Wilgehuwel.

According to a family member Lungile Maphathe, the death of Madibuseng came as a shock and that most of them in the family are still in disbelief.

Maphathe said: “The deceased’s husband has been torn by this incident – he hardly speaks.”

When asked about how the family heard the news, she said they received a call from a fellow resident.

“Gogo Victoria Ramohae, was the only person at home at the time when she heard about the tragedy,” said Maphathe.

Fellow workers from the health care, school teachers from Khula-Nolwazi Primary School and neighbours held prayer sessions at different intervals on Thursday.
