DA mayoral candidate visits Bramfischer

More promises and more promises as Election Day closes in.

DA hosted an electioneering campaign in Bramfischerville to outline the party’s vision on service delivery, stopping corruption and job creation.

DA mayoral candidate Herman Mashaba said: “The August 3 is a very important day for South African citizens.

“We pledge our commitment to residents of Ward 49, that if given a platform to showcase our capabilities – a lot would change.

“Job creation is our number one priority and so is corruption, plus the excessive expenditure that we are seeing in the City of Johannesburg is not right,” he said.

Mashaba elaborated on a range of issues such as upgrading of gravel roads, electricity cuts, clean running water, housing, small business development and more.

“In the event of us failing to deliver on our promises, please, the next time around vote us out.

“Me in particular, I left my businesses so that I could be a servant of our people for the next five or ten years,” said Mashaba.

He emphasised that small businesses are the key drivers in growing our economy and ensure the creation of jobs for all the unemployed people living in the city.
