Women inspiring aspiring business owners

Attendees drank water and enjoyed fruits during the short lunch breaks to keep healthy and fit.

It is important for elders above 40 years to keep healthy at all time so that they cannot be exposed to different diseases.

A healthy day for the elders of different corners of Soweto as they attended an aerobic marathon for women day at Phefeni recreation centre.

The organiser of event Rocky Motsepe said he couldnt have thought of a better way to celebrate all the women of his home town than to ensure that they keep healthy at all time. He said his aim was to make sure that old women are relieved all the stress they encounter at home every day.

He decided to invite different women to spend the day together. Melodies de Jager that deals with baby gym and mind moves sponsored the entire event. This women’s event proved that most old people around Soweto are living a healthy life as they managed to spend almost 3 hours excising and enjoying what they were called for.
