Catch the Match, Not the Traffic: PRASA's special trains for AFCON qualifier.

The Passenger Rail Agency of South Africa (PRASA) has announced additional train services for fans attending the highly anticipated Bafana Bafana vs. Uganda AFCON Qualifier match on September 6, at Orlando Stadium.
To ensure a seamless experience for spectators, PRASA will operate dedicated trains connecting key stations to Orlando Station.

These routes include:
– Park Station to Orlando Station
– Naledi Station to Orlando Station
– New Canada Station to Orlando Station
– Midway Station to Orlando Station
PRASA spokesperson, Andiswa Makanda said they are thrilled to provide affordable and reliable transportation solutions for fans.
“By running dedicated train services, we aim to minimise traffic congestion and parking hassles, ensuring an enjoyable experience for all attendees,” said Makanda in a statement.

Since their first AFCON encounter in 2004, Bafana Bafana have held the advantage over Uganda, boasting a record of three wins and one draw in their four clashes.

Fans can purchase their train tickets at nearest stations for a fare of R14.50 for a return trip. Spectators are advised to adhere to the train schedules to ensure timely arrival and departure from the stadium.
