Lone Creek Spur Celebrates 57th birthday
Over 200 children from the Soul Kidz Pre-School and Diepsloot Oratile ECD Centre were in attendance to celebrate the spectacular celebration.
One of the biggest gatherings was hosted at the newly revamped revamped restaurant, Lone Creek Spur in Mall of Africa in celebration of 57 years.
In the spirit of celebrating, Spur decided to invite children who have not had a chance to celebrate a birthday to join them in the festivities.
Over 200 children from the Soul Kidz Pre-School and Diepsloot Oratile ECD Centre were in attendance to celebrate the spectacular celebration.

Chief Marketing Officer of Spur, Vuyo Henda shared how their vision was for children who have never had the chance to celebrate a birthday with Spur.

““We believe that all children from all backgrounds deserve a chance to celebrate with us.
“We do a lot to support ECD’s as part of our Spur foundation, these are centers we have been working with and one we saw fit as they have not had a chance to celebrate a birthday,” added Henda.
Kid-fluencers like Desmond ‘the feel-good kid’ , Alakhe Mdoda, Maliyah Hammond, Lethu Nanas and Liam Burmeister and the Mzansi Youth Choir have stellar performances.

“It feels so good to be here to see all the little kids being spoilt and this is all thanks to Spur,” said Desmond Koolen well known as ‘the feel-good kid’
The children were spoilt with goodies, face painting , party packs and magic tricks. They also sung along as songs were being performed.
