Eldorado Park police nab drug dealer, seize R 300 000 worth of drugs.

In an intelligence-driven operation, members of the Eldorado Park SAPS Anti-Gang Unit arrested a suspect for dealing in drugs at Mahala Park on November 7.

According to Eldorado Park SAPS media liaison officer, Fezeka Khobo, the operation resulted in the confiscation of a substantial quantity of narcotics with an estimated street value of approximately R300 000.

The suspect, identified as a coloured male, was apprehended during the operation, which was conducted by the unit.

“The Eldorado Park SAPS is committed to eradicating drug-related crime and gangsterism in our community,” said Khobo.

“This arrest is a testament to our dedication to keeping our streets safe and holding perpetrators accountable.”

The police urged residents to report any suspicious activity or information regarding drug dealing and gang-related activities to the Eldorado Park SAPS or Crime Stop at 08600 10111.
