“Our children did very well. In a total of 208 of those who enrolled and wrote, we managed to get 86% pass rate. We have a total of 66 distinctions.
“Even though we dropped by a per cent from last year when it comes to the pass rate, we are maintaining the standard.”
Speaking to Urban News, Masemola added that the matriculants wrote tourism for the first time and they managed to get four distinctions which is quite exciting.

Caroline Monageng, principal of PCHS, told Urban News that the school produced an 85.9% pass rate.
“We performed very well this year. This is an improvement compared to last year’s results.
“This shows the staff’s diligent work and effort in making sure that our learners produce only the best. I would also like to thank the SGB members for ensuring and supporting the learners.”
