Technical issues plague Johannesburg City Power’s website
City Power systems temporarily offline, load-shedding schedule available on social media.
City Power (CP) has announced that its system is temporarily offline, affecting customers’ ability to access the load-shedding schedule and purchase electricity units.
CP spokesperson Isaac Mangena apologized to customers for the inconvenience caused and noted that they are working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
“In the meantime, we encourage customers to access the load-shedding schedule on our social media platforms or through our Service Delivery Centres’ WhatsApp channels.”

The load-shedding schedule is available on City Power’s X (Twitter) @CityPowerJhb and Facebook: City Power Johannesburg – Official_Page.
“We understand the importance of keeping our customers informed and will do our best to restore our systems as soon as possible,” Mangena added.
