The main challenge the residents raised was the water crisis, which was reported to JW, but they had not received feedback or help. They also raised their frustration over the CoJ’s lack of communication.

Clr Munyayi welcomed the complaints and assured the residents the water crisis would receive attention.

He added that the CoJ would notify them and assured them the city would do better regarding their grievances.
JW and the EISD officials will send a team to attend to the water crisis in the area on March 31
