Residents are invited to the groundbreaking seminar, Raising Soweto High Valued Man, on October 25.
The event aims to empower boys growing up without father figures and equip single mothers with tools to raise their sons into confident, capable men.
The seminar at the Zodwa Khoza Foundation in Diepkloof will feature two renowned speakers: King Fazan Ajo, the author of over eight books, and Queen Boitumelo, a voice and author committed to inspiring transformation.

After the seminar, attendees will have access to continuous mentoring and workshops, help with their needs in school or job placements and counselling.
“The seminar aims to guide young boys toward discovering their potential and identity, provide single mothers with practical tools for raising boys and build a network of support in the community for youth development.
To ensure the success of this initiative, we seek partnership with local residents and businesses through donations and sponsorship of refreshments for attendees.
“We also quest cosmetic items to be used as entrance tokens and care packs for the boys, such as bath towels, soaps, toothpastes and other basics.
