Springs Advertiser apologises for mistake in page 3 headline
We have noticed our mistake and will rectify it.
The editor and staff of the Springs Advertiser have noted, with horror, the mistake in one of our page 3 headlines.
With regards the story of the armed robberies at the shops at two Engen garages on Friday and Saturday night respectively, our headline claims “Two police station shops robbed”.
This should have read “Two petrol station shops robbed.”
We would like to assure our readers that the police station has not been robbed and apologise for this error.
A correction will be printed in next week’s edition.
