Springs Country Club’s Junior League team take second place in group

“Unfortunately they didn't make it but they will be a force to be reckoned with next year,” says club captain Deon Kotzé.

The Springs Country Club Junior League Team came second in their group in the Ekurhuleni Golf Union Junior League.

Their position was a fantastic achievement for the club considering that three of the players are still in primary school.

“Under the guidance of Gawie Greeff they ended up playing against a very strong Benoni Lake side for a place in the final.

“Unfortunately they didn’t make it but they will be a force to be reckoned with next year,” says club captain Deon Kotzé.
