
Kwa-Thema– A 26-year-old woman was raped while on her way to work along Makenta Street on Sunday morning.
It is alleged two men accosted her and demanded money.
Kwa-Thema police spokesperson Sgt Media Khoza explained one of the men was armed with a firearm, which he pointed at the victim and told her not to scream.

“They instructed her to follow them and eventually entered a house in Mko Street.
“The armed men took turns raping her.
“They also robbed her of her two cellphones and cash,” she said.
