The cases date back to June 1990 and vary in amounts from R200 to R12 000.
• Cricket clubs merge
Bakerton and Springs Old Boys have decided to join forces, a move which will help further develop cricket in Springs.
Both clubs had reasonable success this past season, with Old Boys finishing fourth in the Northern Transvaal Omicron League and Bakerton third in the Board’s Premiere League.
However, both sides suffered from lack of depth of playing talent which can prevent young players from reaching their full potential.
The Transvaal Cricket Union believes merging the two clubs will help the clubs and players reach their full potential.

• A test drive goes wrong
A seemingly normal and routine test drive in Delmas ended in a narrow escape.
