Walk for a cause with Vita Nova

Walk for a good cause with the Vita Nova Centre NPO when it hosts its annual 2.5km fun walk on July 15.

The walk, an annual celebration of Nelson Mandela Day, will also increase awareness and raise funds for the centre.

The organisation’s director, Michelle Immelman, said they aim to unite the community. This year’s theme will be ‘pirates’.

Children can bring their bicycles or scooters. Expect entertainment and food stalls, and wrestlers will perform after the walk.

All dogs on a leash are welcome because water will be available. The walk will start at 10:00 on 2 Fish Eagle Road, Daggafontein.
