Duo nabbed for theft, drug possession

A man and woman were arrested on Monday in Casseldale for theft and drug possession.

“At about 11:00, Casseldale CPF called the Community Service Centre (CSC) regarding a silver Toyota Etios that was involved in the theft of petrol,” says Springs SAPS spokesperson Sergeant Themba Tshabalala.

The CPF confirmed that it was spotted in Casseldale.

The Springs SAPS responded and with the help of the CPF, the vehicle was pulled over.

“Upon further investigation, drugs to the value of R10 000 were discovered.”
