A 32-year-old man was stabbed to death in the early hours of October 5 in the Everest informal settlement.
According to a reliable source, the Springs SAPS were called to the Far East Rand Hospital, where they discovered that the victim sustained two stab wounds to the neck.
The source added that a 52-year-old man was arrested in connection with the incident.
