Residents encouraged to report healthcare service concerns in Ekurhuleni

Residents can submit compliments, complaints, suggestions and concerns through suggestion boxes available at all City of Ekurhuleni health facilities.

The City of Ekurhuleni encourages residents to use the existing customer interface platforms to share their feedback, suggestions, and concerns regarding healthcare services.

“The city values access to healthcare as a basic human right and therefore remains committed to ensuring that everyone receives quality, accessible and dignified primary healthcare services.

“Those who may feel dissatisfied with the service received may use the above-mentioned platforms or the suggestion box for prompt attention from the clinic head,” said city spokesperson Zweli Dlamini.

Feedback plays a critical role in strengthening service delivery, improving clinic operations, and ensuring that healthcare facilities continue to respond effectively to the needs of communities.

The city values the voices of residents and views public participation as an important part of building efficient, responsive and patient-centred healthcare services.
