A sad state

It is sad to see the state of the Springs CBD.

To start with, the filth on the roads and sidewalks is caused mostly by hawkers and other people because you see these people, who own business outlets in the CBD, throwing out cartons and refuse into the streets.

Not to mention them sun-soaking with chairs in parking bays with their music blasting in the streets. To which the metro and the SAPS turns a blind eye and a deaf ear.

Why can’t the relevant departments do their jobs without being told or criticised?

Does it always need to be placed in the media?

If the departments carry out their duties properly, on a daily basis, this will put an end to the problem.

So please metro/SAPS, stop the illegal boards and hawkers, refuse sun-soakers in parking bays and loud music in the entire CBD and make it a proud town again .
