The new mall which they say will be built on Wit Road, will be a welcome addition to our town, as the Selcourt Towers Mall is not the best place to find parking from Fridays to Sundays.
The existing mall has only one entrance, and repeated requests to the owners to improve access falls on deaf ears. The owners are obviously only interested in making money.
We all know competition is a very good thing, so let us hope it will be so when the new mall is complete.
Several times in the last few weeks I have seen customers parking on the pavements outside the towers, which I have also done myself, and this is also not safe at all.
As for the toilets, they really could do with a very good cleaning. I have asked the owners several times to have them cleaned properly, but also to no avail.
