Striders charity run

The Striders will be hosting a Christmas charity run on December 8.

This year the Striders committee have decided to sponsor the Rotary Club of Springs.

The Rotary Club is one of the oldest water stations at Striders 32/15km race.

The club is asking all members to donate whatever you can to the Rotary Club like non-perishable food, stationary, toys and blankets to help the Rotary Club in helping underprivileged people in Springs.

The run starts at 6:30am and is a 10km to 15km run.

It will start at the Striders office at the Springs Rugby Club.

The fee is R20 for members, family and friends of members with a breakfast included.

It is R10 for children under 12.

There will be lucky draws on the day.

Please RSVP for catering purposes.

Powerade will set up a hydration table at the finish line where ice cold, ready to drink Powerade will be handed out to each runner as well as a Powerade concentrate voucher.
