Bowlers brave the cold during club championships
Several club competitions were played at the Springs Town Bowling Club on Saturday.
Dominico Ragusa is the club’s senior singles champion.
He beat Herkie van der Berg with 21-12 points.
In the men’s singles handicap, Izak Hattingh faced Kirk Ralfe and won with 21-10 points.
Emma Ragusa is the new women’s singles handicap winner.
She played against Joan Calitz and won the game 21-8.
Tokkie Hattingh faced Yvonne Lotter in the women’s singles and won with 21-15 points.
The members enjoyed bread and soup after the games.
