Photo competition for local photographers
The Kosmos Photo Club 2014 Digital Photo Competition kicked off.
All photographers, professional or amateurs are invited to enter this competition that has three subjects to choose from.
*The natural world – animals, plants and landscapes. (No pets or animals in captivity are allowed); and
*Urban photography – street photography.
*Industry and industrial type of image.
All photographs must accurately reflect the subject matter and the scene as it appeared. Photos that have been digitally altered beyond standard optimisation will be disqualified.
Removal of dust, cropping, and reasonable adjustment to exposure, colour and contrast adjustments is allowed.
Photographs must be in a jpeg, jpg or gif format.
Images must be the original work of the photographer.
Entry fee is R10 per photo and can be paid to E Grobler, Nedbank, and account number: 1468039385, branch: Mpumalanga Business.
Use your name and contact number as a reference.
Entries must be submitted online. E-mail your photo together with your name, category, and name of the photo, contact details, e-mail address and proof of payment. E-mail your photos to kosmosfotoklub@gmail.com or elenawitb@gmail.com
All entries must be submitted by 24:00 on April 30.
