Witbank SAPS was busy this week with 82 arrests.
Some of the crimes that were allegedly committed by the arrested suspects include shoplifting, murder, assault, armed robbery, and negligent driving among others.
Altogether 12 people where arrested for shoplifting, seven for theft, and 10 people for possession of drugs. Driving under the influence of alcohol also saw seven people arrested.
Four people where arrested for armed robbery, and three for murder, three suspects were also arrested for malicious damage to property.
Five suspects were arrested after behind found with suspected stolen property and four others were apprehended for theft of motor vehicles. Arrests were also made for fraud and domestic violence.
