Three suspects were apprehended by members of a security company after the shooting incident that took place at Khayalami Estate in Impala Street.
The shooting took place on February 14 at around midnight.
According to the police who arrived on scene, a resident of the estate had been shot in an attempted armed robbery. Two members from CSC Tactical attended to the call and were joined by another two members, the four managed to apprehend three suspects that were responsible for the armed robbery.
The three suspects were taken into custody and charged with attempted murder; the resident was tended to by paramedics from Langamed Emergency Management Services and taken to hospital for further treatment.
