On Monday, April 13 a resident spotted the truck off loading a whole load of refuse on the corner of Merridale and Kiepersol streets.

Residents in Blanchville have been complaining about the bad state of the dirt road leading from Libertas Street to the Old Middelburg Road. People have been dumping household and building rubble there as well.
Many people have been seen along the dirt road, sorting through the rubbish.
Is it enough to receive a fine or should illegal dumpers receive harsher punishment? What are your thoughts?
