A 29 year old man was arrested when he was stopped on the N12 highway between eMalahleni and Ogies.
He was arrested on Wednesday, September 23 in the afternoon for transporting 154 master cases and 48 cartons of Illicit Pacific cigarettes in a white Toyota Hino truck and it was all concealed under plastic bags of home made chips.
