Amor’s friends and family bid farewell

Many people paid their last respects at Mr Amor Bradley Beck’s funeral which was held at The Hockey Farm.

The funeral was held on Thursday, September 17 at 12:00. Beck’s hockey mates all dressed up in their hockey blazers and chino pants.

The pall bearers carry Mr Amor Bradley Beck’s coffin into the service on Thursday, September 17 as the men’s first team hockey players stood to attention.

As the pall bearers carried the coffin out of the vehicle, they stood to attention, a very emotional time for them.
A beautiful service was heard by everyone that attended the funeral.
Beck always said that he wanted his ashes scattered in Mozambique, but this day has come sooner than his family and friends expected.

Green and white balloons were then released in memory of Beck.
Beck died in a car accident on Saturday, September 12 on the N4 highway when he was on his way back to eMalahleni from Pretoria.

Beck played for Witbank Hockey Club first men’s team, he also played in the South African Country District’s (SACD’s) side.

A memorial service was held on Tuesday, September 22 at 12:00 from the NG Kerk West in Kroonstad for family and friends who were unable to attend the service in eMalahleni.
