While waiting at a red robot an eMalahleni resident was held up at gunpoint.
Mr Davy Ledwaba said that on Monday, October 12 at 19:55 he stopped at a red robot on the corner of Plumer and Mandela Streets.

He stopped behind a Volkswagen Golf which was also waiting for the robot to change.
While Ledwaba was waiting another vehicle stopped behind him, suddenly the passenger in the other vehicle pointed a firearm.

Next minute the passenger from the other vehicle was standing next to Ledwaba, who opened his door.
Ledwaba jumped out of his vehicle and the suspect drove away in the silver Volkswagen Polo.

The suspect got away with the car and other items that were inside the vehicle at the time.
