Police were able to recover three stolen quadbikes, thanks to the efforts of the CPF and community.
On Friday, October 23 police received a call from the community members of Spring Valley informing them of a trailer being loaded with suspected stolen goods.

Police responded promptly and when they arrived on scene they questioned a suspect as to the origins of the parts being loaded onto the trailer. The suspect made a run for it but was apprehended by police.
It was later discovered that the parts being loaded on the rented trailer were in fact parts of quad bikes and motorcycles that had been stolen not too long ago.
“We want to thank the community and CPF of Spring Valley for their co-operation and assistance in the fight against theft of motor vehicles. It is good to see the success that can be achieved through community policing,” said Capt Eddie Hall, police spokesperson.
