Festival of Chariots to parade eMalahleni

Mpumalanga’s Festival of Chariots, hosted by the International Society for Krishna consciousness, is just around the corner.

This year Ermelo will be the host of the festival set to take place on October 1.

The chariot procession will commence at Cassim Park Shopping Centre from 10:00 with the cultural programme taking place at Ella du Bruyn Community Hall from 12:30.

Free vegetarian meals will be served and gift shops and food stalls will be available. Books, CDs and DVDs are available.

Dramas will be performed and guests can join in the Mantra Meditation or listen to Vedic Philosophy.

There will be activities for the kids and much more, and admission is free.
